Gracie Otto and Matthew Newton
As usual all eyes were on Matt Newton - the controversial son of Bert Newton and girlfriend, Gracie Otto, at Thursday night’s premiere of Billy Elliot. Ever since Newton faced court over an assualt on his former girlfriend, soapie star, Brooke Satchwell, he has been a source of fascination among A-listers.Every time he takes a sip of alcohol, they immediately look for a crack appearing. Luckily the couple seem to be very happy together and whatever did or did not happen with Brooke is well and truly history.

Winter was dull with far too many parties in shops butduring October there have been some big signature events. The best bar far was Veuve Clicquot’s Yellow Party which saw the Cell Block Theatre in Sydney’s Darlinghurst transformed into a decadent post modern palace. Guests were given yellow lanterns to light their way into the event and there was also an enchanted garden complete with pool table. It almost felt like reliving the era of the Cointreau Ball…

Check out The Web Show on UTube for an interview today with Ros Reines and the one and only Toggsy. This is the man behind the explosive interview with T-shirt designer, Tyler Atkins (Rockstars And Angels), you know, the Atkins who is currently dating Paris Hilton but said some embarrassing things on UTube about partying with a member of the Hollywood’ brat pack - and her friend. (He denies it all now but I have seen the interview for myself . It’s probably not about Paris though but instead Lindsay Lohan).
Toggsy is the gorgeous, former Gold Coast radio host Andrew Videto whose internet chat show - The WebShow is currently so hot, that he now has a brand new celebrity manager and is heading back to LA. Unfortunately Toggsy’s interview with Ros about her gossip column in the Sunday Telegraph is not as raunchy as Tyler Atkins - but Toggsy is wearing a very cute beanie..

For another insight into the bitchy world of celebrity and rampaging A-listers, read Ros Reines’ first satirical novel, Gossip. It was recently named `Book Of The Month’ in the West Australian newspaper and is currently available by ordering online through Dymocks (see link). Gossip is now under consideration for a movie. Ros is working on the sequel.
